Hello, I’m Caryn Dawson

I am a PreKure Certified Health Coach and PreKure Certified Advanced Mental Health Coach

I am here to support you in making the lifestyle changes you would like to make to ensure you live the life you want to live.

Lifestyle changes include eating nutritious food, exercise, sleep and connection - all critical factors in ongoing health and well-being.

I have always been passionate about health and well-being and have made lifestyle changes myself to ensure I live the lifestyle I promote.

My wellbeing strategy includes a 10km walk every morning, I enjoy jogging the occasional half marathon (I did complete one ultramarathon which confirmed half marathons are more the distance for me).  I value the connections I have with friends, ensure good nutrition and quality sleep which are also key parts of my wellbeing strategy.

I have been a Human Resources Professional for 30 years, so involved in all things people and I have worked in corporate organisations across NZ and Asia Pacific.

Working with people throughout my career has led me to identify my passion for coaching. I am also an accredited Leadership coach.

From a personal perspective, I am a mother of one, who is a very talented Psychologist.  As mentioned, I love to run and have completed an ultramarathon, half ironman, many marathons in NZ and internationally, and half marathons.  I am not a fast runner but I can keep plodding along at the same pace for a long time!

Health and Wellbeing are so important to me and are critical to keep me healthy and living my best life for many years to come.

It is a real privilege for me to work alongside individuals to help them live their best life and achieve their goals.  I would love to work with you to help you create the life you want to live.
