I am able to provide support for mild-moderate anxiety and depression, working with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Skills as well as being armed with knowledge on lifestyle (sleep, nutrition, exercise, connection) which can enhance your mental health, neuroscience and brain biology and substance misuse.
